Oregon State Bar Publishes Attorney Timothy Grabe in Oregon Civil Pleading & Litigation Book
Our team is pleased to announce that our own Attorney Timothy Grabe has been published in the Oregon State Bar’s latest book, Oregon Civil Pleading and Litigation. Titled, “Voir Dire, or Jury Selection,” Attorney Grabe’s chapter covers a key part of every jury trial: jury selection. Jury selection involves the selection of the people who will serve on a jury during a particular case, which is a critical topic for lawyers fighting for their clients’ rights to compensation in litigation.
Attorney Timothy Grabe has published numerous chapters and articles using his decades of experience as a trial lawyer, and has been published in Trial Lawyer Magazine numerous times. He’s been a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association since 1995, where he’s served on the Publications Committee
