Attorney Timothy Grabe Published by the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association
It’s our firm’s pleasure to announce that our founding attorney, Timothy Grabe, has published a chapter in the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association’s (OTLA) Motor Vehicles Litigation desk book. Attorney Grabe wrote a chapter on presenting the plaintiff’s case in chief, in which he uses his decades of experience as a trial lawyer to offer sound counsel on topics including calling medical witnesses and navigating evidence issues. Within the chapter, he also wrote a section on questions attorneys can expect to receive from jurors.
The Law Offices of Timothy Grabe has successfully helped countless injured clients achieve financial compensation after a motor vehicle accident caused by negligence, including:
- Distracted driving accidents
- Hit and run accidents
- Truck accidents
- Pedestrian accidents
- Drunk driving accidents
- Single vehicle accidents
- Uninsured motorist accidents
Injuries from motor vehicle accidents can be costly to treat, especially the more serious they are. Injuries can include whiplash, sprains and fractures, broken bones, burns, internal bleeding, spinal cord and neck injuries, and head and brain trauma. Attorney Grabe has a long history of recovering damages for clients that include medical bills, such as hospital bills and ongoing treatment costs, missed wages or lost earning capacity from missing or having to quit work, property damage, and pain and suffering.
While the OTLA publishes a quarterly magazine and newsletter, the Motor Vehicles Litigation desk book is currently reserved for association members only.
About OTLA
The Oregon Trial Lawyers Association is comprised of members who represent injured workers, employees, patients, and consumers. The association supplies its members with access to like-minded colleagues through their listservs, along with innovative seminars, networking opportunities, and professional publications.
To qualify for membership, attorneys must be in good standing with the Oregon State Bar, be of good moral character, are committed to the principles laid out by the civil justice system, and don’t represent the defense in cases involving personal injury, workers’ comp, business torts, civil rights, or employment litigation.
OTLA currently publishes a quarterly magazine, Trial Lawyer, which features articles about the latest Oregon cases, verdicts, settlements, practice tips, and other related issues. Attorney Grave is a regular contributor to Trial Lawyer Magazine.
About Our Founding Attorney
Attorney Timothy Grabe has dedicated his legal career to representing the injured since 1983. Thanks to his early years working various blue-collar jobs in Oregon, including logging and working in a freeze-dried food factory, Attorney Grabe understands clients who have been injured as a result of their manual labor jobs. He’s represented countless clients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, logging accident, railroad accidents, and more, and has been a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association since 1995. This recent contribution is one of many chapters and articles he’s published in books regarding trial practice.
